Greetings!
What fabulous weather we've been having! How much longer will it last?...not to worry, if the weather is too hot, it's always 'cool' to relax and find time to work on a stitching project. We've got just a few more days til Shop Hop, and we are scrambling to get those blocks ready. And maybe a few new projects and fabric bolts to put out - we'll see what magic we can accomplish. We hope you've got your route planned and the crew rounded up. We have some fresh samples hanging in the shop, a new pin keeper and an adorable doll quilt (complete with vintage doll carriage!) to name just two... so stop by soon and see what's been added to the mix.
We've got new fabric groups from Anna Maria Horner, Hoffman batiks, and of course the latest collections by Jo Morton (Harmonies and Cinnamon & Spice) to go along with her new book Vintage Journey. Lots of fun!
We've got new classes on the schedule and details are in the newsletter posted on the website. For anyone who wants a helping hand with a sewing project, we've got "A Stitchin' Good Time", so grab your project and let us help you get it on it's way! We've also got some options for beading and art quilters in August with Larkin Van Horn and Peggy Gelbrich will be here too for some hand applique and a great quilt project.
The Birdscapes exhibit at the La Conner Quilt and Textile Museum is simply amazing....there's only a few days left and you don't want to miss it (it runs through June 28th)!

The 11th annual Western Washington Quilt SHop Hop runs from June 24th - June 28th. There are new hours this year Wednesday through Saturday from 9am - 7pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm!
